Delivery Options
We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, however please note that delivery times are estimates only and Blessed Power Tools shall not be liable for delays.
If the Customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of Blessed Power Tools, the Customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Blessed Power Tools as a result thereof and Blessed Power Tools, at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
The goods shall be at the Customers risk at the point of delivery. The Customer, upon taking delivery of the goods, shall immediately examine the goods and give written notice to Blessed Power Tools of any defect within three (3) days of such date, failing in which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer.
Payment
The price shall be paid by the Customer in full without any deduction in respect of any claimed set-off or counterclaim (including any such set-off or counterclaim on account of any delay on the part of Blessed Power Tools in delivering any part of the goods) on or before the payment date.
Unless otherwise stated, all charges/prices for Products shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings.
You will be responsible for payment of all taxes associated with your purchase of a Product, delivery thereof and utilization of the Product/Services and the amount payable for a Product shall include the cost of delivery of the Product to you.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Information
Products sold by Blessed Power Tools are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that accompanies the product unless otherwise stated.
Blessed Power Tools makes no additional or independent warranty.
Blessed Power Tools does not warrant the performance, compatibility, integrity, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product, but merely passes through to the Customer whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers or software publishers provide with their respective products
- We do not warrant the suitability of goods. Please check the suitability of products with your system and/or the manufacturer before purchasing.
- Products have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
- The warranty will be void if the serial number or its label is missing.
- The warranty will be void if items are written on or tampered with.
Please Note: Due to restrictions placed upon us by the manufacturers, hardware that is defective on arrival can generally be exchanged if we are notified within 7 days of invoice. Otherwise, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed.
Manufacturer Warranty
Units with a dealership warranty do not have a valid East African manufacturer warranty, as they are meant for sale in other regions.
Customer Acknowledgement
The Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms and Conditions of Sale by placing an order to purchase products from Blessed Power Tools.
All goods are supplied on these terms and conditions only, and no person in the employment or otherwise as agent for Blessed Power Tools has any authority to supply goods on any other terms and conditions or to vary these terms and conditions in any way whatsoever.
Previous dealings shall not vary or negate these terms and conditions in any respect.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
Our VAT, according to the Kenyan Tax Regulations, is charged at the rate of 16%.
All prices indicated on this website are VAT-exclusive.
